Roasted pikeperch roe with onions, stewed in cream

The dish I want to talk about today is an old hot appetizer – fried pikeperch caviar in pits (sacks) with onions, stewed in cream and baked under cheese with herbs. An unusual dish? – you may say.

Ingredients:
Pikeperch caviar – from 2 fish (200 grams)
Onions – 1 medium onion
Cream 22% – 0,1 l
Cheese – 100 grams
Parsley – 3 sprigs
Ground black pepper – To taste
table salt – To taste

4 Pour cream over the caviar and onions and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
5 Add the chopped parsley and stir.
6 Place the pikeperch roe stewed in cream in a baking dish,
7 Sprinkle with cheese and bake in an oven at 180 to 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
